Thank you for visiting my eFolio.  I currently work at the Online Support Center as an Online Technologist.  In this position I am the lead technical resource for the Support Center team.  My days are spent immersed in RightNow CRM, web programming, troubleshooting, providing backup assistance to our eFolio Specialist and any other technology related project that finds its way to my desk.
